If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can cancel your order, issue you a refund, and you can replace your order. Refunds do take 24-48 hours to be back onto your account. Our Slightly Damaged Clipboards may have minor cosmetic issues including paint differences, surface scratches or small defects to the edges of the board. They are still 100% functional and there is no damage to the medical information stickers applied to the clipboard (if applicable). So you may see a scratch, or an edge that is missing a bit of color, but the clipboard and the information are still 100% useful! Once your WhiteCoat Clipboard has been purchased it will come with a label already adhered to the exterior of the clipboard. This label can be removed at any time. The best way to remove a label is to heat it up evenly with a heat gun or hair dryer, then remove the label; be careful, the clipboard may become hot. Any residue left behind can be removed with household cleaner. If you are looking to get a new label or replacement label please call us at 888-701--3874 You will need your credit card for additional charges.
For all of our clipboards we have a 90 day warranty. In that 90 days you can exchange for a Free Replacement. If you are past the 90 days we can give you a replacement Clipboard for a discounted price. We have a 30 day warranty for all of our accessories and pocket equipment. Like the 90 day warranty, you will have 30 days to exchange for a Free Replacement. Restocking Fees may apply.
Medium Density Fiberboards (MDF) are a lighter shade of color and High Density Fiberboards (HDF) are a darker shade of color. We offer both of them in a variety of sizes. You can even get a custom size. If you want a custom MDF or HDF Clipboard please contact a customer service representative.
The difference between the U.S. and Metric editions are the units used. Most people in the U.S. use the U.S. edition. Most people outside of the U.S. use the Metric edition. A Horizontal Clipboard folds hamburger style. When you open the clipboard and the clip is at the top, Horizontal clipboards fold from top to bottom. Vertical Clipboards fold Hot Dog style. The difference between our Black Clipboards and our Blackout Clipboards is that Blackout Clipboards come with a black clip and black rivets, compared to the standard silver clip and silver rivets.

Unfortunately, you cannot return a customized product like an engraved clipboard or Custom book. Unless we were at fault for something wrong with your order.
